Pr Timothy Cheetham, from Newcastle University, witll talk about Mitochondria, Muscle and Vitamin D during Targeting Mitochondria World Congress 2013

The mitochondria has not attracted the attention of endocrinologists in the way that it might have done.

During Targeting Mitochondria 2013, Pr Cheetham as endocrinologist will discuss the developing understanding of how altered mitochondrial function can influence the progress of patients seen in endocrine clinics. He will then focus on the potential interaction between muscle mitochondria and vitamin D.
