Cancellation & Modification Policies
1. Modification
- Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
- No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
- No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before event).
2. Cancellation
- If you cancel before September 28 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations after September 29, 2025.
