Abstracts Submission Modalities

Short Oral Presentation submission deadline: September 15, 2023
Poster Presentation submission deadline: September 18, 2023


Please submit your abstract early to receive an early response. Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the submitting author and co-authors. Abstracts submitted for oral will also be considered and reviewed for a poster presentation.

- All online Short Oral contributions accepted are being asked to record their 10 minutes talks.


  1. All abstracts for oral or poster presentations will be submitted to the Scientific Committee. 
  2. Your abstract has to be submitted via an online form available below. Abstracts received without using the online form will not be studied.
  3. Only one abstract per registered author is accepted.
  4. All abstracts for oral or poster presentations have to be uploaded in Word and PDF files according to the modalities available here. 
  5. Please note that abstracts received without formal modalities will not be studied.

Reviewing and selection process

All abstracts submitted using our online abstract submission system will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

The conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low-quality abstracts, as well as those that are not pertinent to the themes of the conference.

Abstracts will be selected based on originality, novelty, and impact with a scoring system of 1 to 10. 

Upon review by the Scientific Committee:

  • The abstracts that scored between 9 and 10 will be considered for Oral presentation. 
  • The abstracts that scored between 6 and 8 will be accepted for a Poster presentation

The maximum size of Posters are: Format A1 - vertical : 84,1cm height * 59,4cm width
